By accessing or purchasing from Ekarthya (https://www.ekarthya.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

All our products, including floral bouquets, preserved floral cloches, and DIY craft kits, are individually handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our creations: • Minor variations in floral shade, arrangement, ribbon placement, or packaging may occur compared to catalog images. • Fresh flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In rare cases of unavailability, equivalent or higher-grade flowers of matching aesthetics will be substituted.

All prices listed on Ekarthya are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Once an order is placed, it cannot be freely cancelled as handcrafting and floral preparation begin immediately. • If an order is cancelled for any reason attributable to the customer (such as change of mind, incorrect address details, or date change), a maximum refund of 50% of the total order value will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover non-recoverable material, floral preparation, and processing costs. • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we partner with reliable express couriers to deliver on time: • Deliveries may experience unexpected delays during peak festive seasons, severe weather, or transport disruptions. • Ensure the recipient's phone number and delivery address are accurate. Failed delivery due to incorrect contact information is the buyer's responsibility.
